The company’s Construction Phase Plans, Risk Assessments and Method Statements show experience and a clear understanding of the environment in which the works are to be carried out. Where dynamic Risk Assessments were needed these have been carried out to a satisfactory standard and ahead of the works being delivered.

Engagement and communications throughout the project have been exceptional, including pre-start/contract meetings, progress meetings and contract variations and instructions thereby enabling the UCL to deliver the project effectively for the client department.
